This policy explains what information Photo into Video.app handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our image to video service.
1. Information you provide
We receive account details such as your name, email address, and profile image when you sign in. We also process the images, prompts, generation settings, and support messages you choose to provide. Generated videos and task history may remain connected to your account so you can review and download them.
2. Usage, device, and purchase information
We collect basic service records such as generation activity, credit usage, login events, browser information, and error reports. We use a protected device identifier to prevent repeated promotional rewards from the same device. We also keep order, subscription, credit, and refund records needed to operate your account.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and deliver videos, maintain your history and credit balance, process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce safety rules, improve reliability, and meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Content safety
Prompts may be reviewed automatically before generation to identify prohibited or NSFW requests. A request may be blocked when it appears to violate our content rules. These checks are used to keep the service safe and are not intended to make decisions about you outside this service.
5. Payments through Creem
Creem processes our payments and acts as the merchant of record. We share the account and order information needed to complete a purchase, manage a subscription, issue a receipt, handle taxes, or review a refund. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Creem handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
6. When information is shared
We use trusted providers for sign-in, hosting, file storage, video creation, content safety, customer support, analytics, and payments. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, rights, and service security. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Storage and retention
We keep account, purchase, and generation records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded images and generated videos may be retained to support your history and downloads. Retention periods can vary depending on account activity and legal requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can manage subscriptions from the billing area and can stop using the service at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
9. Security and younger users
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Photo into Video.app is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly offer accounts to them.

We may revise this policy as our service or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
