Refund Policy

This policy explains when a Photo into Video.app purchase may be refunded and how used credits, subscriptions, and failed generations are handled.

1. Payments are handled by Creem

Creem is our payment provider and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method. Banking and card processing times are outside our control and may vary.

2. Requesting a refund before using credits

If you purchased credits or started a subscription by mistake and have not used any credits from that purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We review eligible requests individually, taking account of purchase status, account activity, applicable law, and any checkout terms shown at the time of payment.

3. Used credits are not refundable

Once any credits from a purchase have been used for a generation, that purchase is not refundable. At that point the service has already used the resources required to process the request, whether or not the result matches a personal preference. Used credits cannot be converted back into cash.

4. Failed generations

When a generation fails before a usable video is delivered, the credits charged for that task may be restored to your account. This is normally handled as a credit return rather than a cash refund. If the credits do not return after a confirmed failure, contact us with the task details so we can review it.

5. Subscription cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or any credits already issued. Use available credits before they expire under the plan terms, and cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.

6. Adjustments and exceptions

We may approve an exception for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized purchase, a material service failure, or when required by consumer law. If a partial refund is legally required or otherwise approved, it may be adjusted to reflect benefits already used, and remaining credits connected to the refunded purchase will be removed.

7. How to submit a request

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include the order or receipt number, purchase date, account email, and a short explanation of the issue. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and help.
