Terms of Service

1. The service and who may use it

Photo into Video.app lets you upload images, describe the motion you want, and create short videos. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a contract where you live, and you must provide accurate account information.

2. Accounts and credits

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Credits are used to request video generation. The number of credits required is shown before you submit a request and may vary by model, quality, and duration.

Credits are personal to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. If a generation fails before a usable video is produced, the related credits may be returned to your balance. A successful generation uses the displayed credits even if the result is not exactly what you imagined.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Payments, receipts, taxes, subscriptions, and approved refunds are handled by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to the checkout terms shown by Creem.

Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing area. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Prices and plan features may change for future purchases or renewal periods, with notice where required.

4. Your images, prompts, and videos

You keep your rights in the images and prompts you provide. You give us permission to process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to use every image, person, logo, artwork, or other material you upload.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use videos created for you. Generated results may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. You are responsible for reviewing a video before publishing or using it commercially.

5. Prohibited and NSFW content

You may not request, upload, or create NSFW content. This includes explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor. You also may not use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, or seriously harmful content.

Prompts may be checked before generation. We may block a request, remove content, limit access, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. Attempts to disguise prohibited requests or bypass safety checks are also prohibited.

6. Generated results and availability

Generated videos can contain visual mistakes, unexpected motion, or other imperfections. We do not promise that every result will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by a social platform, advertiser, or marketplace. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, safety, capacity, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Fair use of the service

Do not interfere with the service, automate requests in a way that harms other users, attempt to access another account, misuse downloads, or use the service to violate another person's privacy or rights. We may restrict or end access when necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal obligations.

8. Refunds and changes to these Terms

Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy. We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our business practices change. The updated date at the top will show when revisions take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
